Quality policy:
"I don't sell clothing as 'new without tags.' In my opinion, that's nonsense. That's why most of my items are 'very good,' which means they're almost like new.
If even the slightest thing doesn't meet my quality standards, it gets the 'good' rating. That's a different approach than many other Vinties who dare to use 'good' even for offering something that I would consider a rag.
Even if something is 'good' but shows some flaws, I already rate it as 'used.' You'll then get—unlike what you'll find with most—a product that's still fine but in used condition. My principle is: 'Can I wear this to the office with a clear conscience or not?' If the latter is the case, I don't sell it. Not even as 'used.'"
